2. Our Services

We provide professional printing with a free basic design service included for every product.
Our free design service covers simple layouts and light text or image placement.
More complex design briefs - such as menus, brochures, or artwork with extensive information - may incur a small additional design fee, which will be quoted before work begins.
 

3. Design Process & Proof Approval

• We always send a digital proof before printing.

• Printing does not begin until the customer provides written or digital approval.

• Once approved, Printmuse is not responsible for any spelling, grammar, or layout errors present in the approved artwork.

• We may make minor alignment or print-optimisation adjustments that do not affect content.

• Each order includes 1-2 rounds of minor amendments. Additional edits may incur a fee.
   

4. Customer Artwork

• If you upload your own artwork, our team will check basic print suitability (size, bleed, resolution) and send it for approval before printing.

• We print only after approval is received.

• Printmuse is not liable for content-related issues (text, logos, colours) in approved artwork.
   

5. Production & Delivery

• Average production time: 3-5 working days from artwork approval.

• Delivery is available throughout the UK, with free shipping for UK mainland orders.

• Orders outside the mainland may incur additional delivery costs.

• We use trusted national couriers for dispatch and provide tracking details where possible.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
   

6. Payments

• We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Apple Pay through secure payment gateways.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£)

• Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

 

7. Cancellations & Amendments

• You may cancel an order before design or printing starts at no charge.

• If the design process has begun but printing has not, a £2 cancellation fee applies to cover design time.

• Once printing is in progress or completed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

8. Refunds & Reprints

We take pride in delivering quality prints. If you receive:

• Prints with colour defects,

• Damaged or misprinted items, or

• A product that differs from the approved proof,
  please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will investigate and, if fault is confirmed, offer a reprint or refund.
Issues resulting from customer-approved artwork are not eligible for refund or reprint.

 

9. Ownership of Artwork

• All artwork created by Printmuse remains the property of Mintprint Global Ltd unless purchased outright.

• To obtain full ownership or editable design files, please contact us for a quote.

• By default, Printmuse may display completed designs or printed work on its website, social media, or portfolio for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

 

10. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the operation of this site.

• Content, images, and designs are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

11. Liability

• Printmuse’s liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.

• We are not responsible for indirect loss, consequential damage, or loss of profit resulting from delay or product defect.

 

12. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on this website.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
