A legal disclaimer
At Printmuse (Mintprint Global Ltd trading as Printmuse), we aim to make every print perfect.
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, each order is unique - but we still want you to be happy with what you receive.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Printing
All our products are printed to order and customised to your approved artwork or design brief.
As such, once printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases where we have made an error or the product is defective.
2. Design & Proof Approval

We always send a digital proof for review before printing.

Printing begins only after you have given your final approval.

Once approved, Printmuse is not responsible for any spelling, grammar, layout, or content errors within the approved design.

Minor colour variation (within standard print tolerance) may occur due to screen-to-print differences and is not considered a defect.
3. Uploading Your Own Artwork
If you supply your own design files, our team will check them for print suitability (size, bleed, and resolution) before production.
We will send you a proof or confirmation before printing begins.
We are not liable for content or design issues in customer-supplied artwork that has been approved for print.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before the design or printing process starts at no charge.

If design work has already started but printing has not, a £2 cancellation fee applies to cover design time.

Once printing is in progress or complete, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Faulty or Defective Prints
If you receive prints that are:

Misprinted,
-
Incorrect colours, or
-
Physically damaged during printing or delivery,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may ask for photos or samples of the defective items.
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a reprint or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:

Errors present in approved artwork or proofs

Colour differences due to screen vs. print variation

Delays caused by courier services once dispatched

Minor alignment or trimming differences within tolerance

Customer change-of-mind after approval
7. Returns
Because all products are personalised, we do not require physical returns in most cases.
If needed for inspection, we may ask you to return the defective items before a reprint or refund is issued.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party delivery services but will assist wherever possible.
