1. Shipping

We deliver across the UK to the address you provide at checkout.

Standard delivery times vary depending on the product, but most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only. MintPrint is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please check items immediately for any damage.

2. Design & Approval

Every confirmed print order includes our free bespoke design service.

Clients must review and approve designs before printing.

If you do not like the design or request cancellation for any reason before printing starts, a £2 processing fee will be charged to cover design and administrative costs.

Once a design is approved and printing begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns & Reprints

Custom print products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in transit.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and reprint or replace the item where appropriate.
